Payment
Accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit and Venmo payments.
Sales Tax
State sales tax is assessed only for Colorado deliveries.
Shipping
Orders received prior to 2 PM mountain time ship same business day. The listed flat rate shipping charges are for U.S. mainland deliveries. International rates are available in the price pull downs or in the shopping cart at checkout. Orders over $500 are shipped with signature required.
International Purchases & Duties
All customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any import duties and other taxes assessed by the government of the importing country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
Warranty
Deer Creek Audio warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of delivery as follows:
Warranty does not cover failure of the product due to incorrect connection or installation, improper or undocumented use, unauthorized servicing, modification or alteration of the unit in any way, or any usage outside of that recommended in the product manual. Warranty only applies to products purchased through Deer Creek Audio or our affiliated sales channels and requires proof of purchase by original owner.
Returns
All returns require a return authorization (RA) code that can be obtained by email at staff@deercreekaudio.com.
Once an RA code has been issued, ship the item back to Deer Creek Audio through a shipment method that provides a tracking number. Deer Creek Audio will return the repaired or replaced product back to you at our expense. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all inbound shipping costs, customs, import duties and other taxes.
The non-returned portion of a partial order return will be deducted from the refund at the item’s current price on deercreekaudio.com. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all inbound shipping costs, customs, import duties and other taxes.
Warranty Returns
In the event of a failure, provide information describing the issue (include screenshots if appropriate) to staff@deercreekaudio.com. You will receive a response that will include either a technical inquiry or an RA code.
Warranty returns will be either repaired or exchanged at Deer Creek Audio’s discretion.
Non-Warranty Returns
Customer initiated non-warranty returns are accepted for a period of 30 calendar days starting from the customer delivery date through return receipt date at Deer Creek Audio. See product line specific details below:

Items returned for non-warranty service or repair require a fee of $125 for initial evaluation and processing. Any additional costs for repair or replacement will be assessed and billed prior to return of the unit.

Cancellation Fees
A 3.6% bank charge cancellation fee will be charged on customer cancelled orders that have not shipped. For international orders currency exchange rate fees may apply.
Indemnity
Deer Creek Audio shall be held harmless and not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages associated with the use of any items ordered either directly or indirectly from Deer Creek Audio.
