With Deer Creek Audio's customization services, you can add special options, product upgrades, technical services or non-warranty repair services to your purchase. Please contact us first to discuss your needs and determine appropriate service fees.

How to Order Your Service

Each unit costs $1. You'll simply add the agreed upon number of units to your cart to match your service amount. For example:  125 units = $125 and 15 units = $15.

If your service includes returning a unit, we will provide shipping instructions once your order is received. After we receive and evaluate the returned unit, we will advise you of repair or exchange options. Please review our Terms & Conditions.

Available Services Include:

• Product upgrades
• Customized technical services
• Delivery upgrades from standard shipping
• Non-warranty repair service (initial processing fee is 125 units or $125)
• miniDSP Device Console license (15 units or $15)

Non-Warranty Evaluation & Repair

To return a product for non-warranty evaluation and repair, add 125 units to your cart for the initial $125 processing fee. Depending on the unit evaluation, this fee can be credited toward an exchange, repair or new purchase.
