Upgrade Program EQ901 Series

Deer Creek Audio offers an upgrade program for our popular EQ901 Series equalizers. Now you can enjoy the enhanced fidelity of our higher performance models at a fraction of the cost.

Select your upgrade and then choose the appropriate option from the pull-down menu. See our EQ901 Selection Guide for feature comparisons.  Once you place your upgrade order, we will send an email confirmation with an RA number and shipping details for return of your current unit.

Program Details

• All upgrades include installation of the latest EQ901 equalizer curves plus the most recent miniDSP firmware updates
• If you select a hardware upgrade, you will receive the selected higher performance EQ901 model in exchange for your current model
• All units are fully tested before repacking and return shipment
• Turnaround time is five business days from receipt of original unit
• Return unit should be in good cosmetic and working order; damaged returned units may incur additional upgrade fees
• The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to be upgraded back to Deer Creek Audio

Warranty Terms

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from invoice. Warranty does not cover failure of the product due to incorrect connection or installation, improper or undocumented use, unauthorized servicing, modification or alteration of the unit in any way, or any usage outside of that recommended in the product manual. The customer provides return shipping to Deer Creek Audio. Deer Creek Audio is an authorized miniDSP dealer.
